SCOPE OF SERVICES
At JLG, we distinguish ourselves from the competition through the services we provide. We don’t just produce the best injection molding components, we also provide our customers with a variety of services – from trading, import and export, all the way to solar energy projects.
Materials that we use include:
PE, PP, AS, ABS, PS, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE and many other polymer compounds that include the use of fillers, reinforcement fibers, colorants, and property modifiers.
We have highly specialized plastic injection molding Standard Operating Procedures that consists of proper material preparation, consistent machine and environmental parameters, combined with accurate tooling to ensure all specifications for each part are achieved. As well as our Customer Support Systems are designed to provide efficient customer support and technical quality assurance that monitors customers’ satisfaction. Our resources are all dedicated to high quality – from conception to consumption.

SILK-SCREEN PRINTING
Silk-screen Printing is a stenciling method that involves printing ink through stencils that are supported by a porous fabric mesh stretched across a frame called a screen.

PRODUCTION LINE
As of today, we have a total of 60 employees, 20 units of machines, automated with robotics arms and conveyor systems operating 24 hours a day. Our machines capacity range from 80 tons to 1500 tons.
JLG is now focused primarily on developing and manufacturing plastic components and products. Our team of experts works closely with each customer, focusing on their unique needs, to find the best plastic solution to exceed our customer expectation.
