JLG INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD (JLG) is a plastic injection molding company. Our factories are located in the State of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Perak, Malaysia. JLG was incorporated in 2008, and has since been established as a plastic manufacturing firm in Malaysia.

We offer a whole range of plastics products that reflect our expertise in the Injection Molding Manufacturing process. We have invested in high quality, top of the range, branded machineries and equipments into our factory setup. This investment has resulted in us being more competitive through higher productivity, better efficiency, low down-times and extremely low numbers of rejects.

JLG manufactures injection molds, plastic parts, forming and components for a wide variety of applications, such as: - Electrical Components - Automotive and Accessories - Computer and Audio Plastic Component

JLG was created with the objective of providing plastics products of high quality to meet the expanding needs of the rapidly growing industries in Malaysia. JLG is accredited with ISO 9001: 2008 certification.

Director's Profile

JLG is geared to succeed as one of the outstanding plastic injection companies in the country as it possesses a capable and experienced management team. Having vast experience from plastic and manufacturing backgrounds, the management team is able to lead in various business functions to ensure that the company is run in an efficient and effective manner. 

Martin Low Wink Keng

Managing Director

Mr. Low started his career in 2001 in the plastics manufacturing, trading and supplying industry. His company is responsible for supplying plastic raw materials to large Multinational electronic companies such as PANASONIC, JVC, SONY, SHARP, TELEKOM, ELKEN, TOSHIBA, DIAMOND WATER, etc.

 

With vast experience in the plastic industry, Mr. Martin Low founded JLG INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in 2008. Currently, Mr. Low focuses mainly on business development and the formulation of the overall business strategy of the company.

Choong Wei Soon

Director cum Operation Manager

After completing his degree education in University Putra Malaysia, Mr. Choong joined Woodlandoors Holding Berhad, an listed wood-based products, manufacturer in Malaysia as a Management Trainee.

 

Later, he was promoted to factory  manager in February 2002, fully in charge of the entire production floor for both local and export models.

COMPANY OBJECTIVES

PRODUCTION

1. To ensure customer complaints on quality problems ≤ 5 cases per month.

2. To ensure each sub-contractor quality problems ≤ 5 cases per month.

3. To ensure machine breakdown ≤ 4 hours per week.

PURCHASING

To ensure supplier quality and delivery problems ≤ 5 cases per month.

SALES

1. To ensure customer complaints on sales services to ≤ 5 cases per month.

2. To ensure customer satisfaction level averagely ≥ 75% per year.


HUMAN RESOURCE

To ensure averagely ≥ 4 hours training per department annually.
